PINOT NOIR – Wine makers often address the complexity of this variety. In the cellar, we use blue-colored grapes to produce a ruby red or rosé wine. Such wine is characterized by a precious and noble aroma reminiscent of strawberries and cherries. The wine is full and rich with tannins and boasts a rich taste which matures in oak barrels.
